Our server rules are purposefully kept simple and are enforced to ensure that every player can have an enjoyable gaming experience, while respecting the main drive of Bad Company 2, which is teamplay. The following behavior is not acceptable and will result in your removal from the server by a kick or ban without warning.
If you feel you have been abused, take it to the forums PM an adminstrator. DO NOT - under any circumstances, enter our Teamspeak server and attempt to address your complaint there, for you will be muted then kicked.

Disobey an Admin
Admin directives are NOT suggestions. Arguing with an Admin is the fastest way to get banned from the server.
Clan Hosting
Clans are welcome to play on our server. However, we may ask that clans split their team to different sides to prevent stacking.
Cheating
Use of any hack, bug, or map exploit (See various exploits below). This includes changing the color of your name which is a hack.
Team Killing
Applicable only to servers with Friendly Fire ON.
Friendly fire is currently OFF on our Bad Company 2 servers.
Attacking players on your team on purpose with the exception of unintentional friendly fire. Do not kill for revenge. Watch the Kill Cam (Call of Duty games only) and especially when the person apologizes, let it be. The server handles multiple team kills, unintended or not. Over two team kills will result in a spawn delay. Team killing after a spawn delay will result in an auto kick. If you still team kill after this point, you should practice before fragging live if it's unintended.
Game abuse
Using glitches, oversights or inbalances in the game to your unfair advantage.
Unacceptable language
In any form, even for joking. Also, any kind of hate talk or discriminatory language, and excessive bad language. This includes player names.
Chat spamming
Annoying abuse of in game commands, radio calls, in-game chat or VoIP.
Idle Player
Being AFK "away from keyboard" for too long.
Soliciting
Spamming websites over chat and/or recruiting for another server, clan, team, or organization.
Bunny Hopping and Dolphin Diving
Bouncing up and down like a rabbit to avoid fire is just stupid. Jumping to get over an obstacle is one thing. But out in the open, is a no go.
C4/RDX Whoring
Chucking C4/RDX explosives and detonating without regards for the life of your teammates is just rude. You will be kicked if you whore explosives recklessly.
Intentional Ramming
Apologize if it's unintentional. Deliberately using your jet or helicopter to ram (kamikazi) is not tolerated here.
Jihad Jeeps
Packing fast movers with C4 or RDX and killing yourself is not permitted.
Restricted Areas
The Primary Base is OFF LIMITES. This is the base that cannot be captured on the map. Under no circumstances will a player enter the opposing teams Primary Base.
In Rush mode, the first base at the start of the game is the Primary Base. All the bases that have had the Encom boxes destroyed are fair game.
Habitual Spawn Camping
Repeated kills in an area known for spawning is not allowed. If you spawn and get killed by arty, bombs, or gunfire, TAKE COVER. Attempt to crouch, run or go prone. After one unsuccessful attempt, spawn at another base. Yes, spawn elsewhere.
Cheats, Exploits, Hacks
Bad Company 2: Here are some known exploits which will get you kicked:

Taking a firing positions in a burning aircraft or any place where you'll typically burn. EA will fix this soon.

Entering solid objects on the map that are typically impossible to enter.

If you Hack, you will be banned. No warnings, no second chances.
