On the browser search, make sure you don't check any of the filters, especially Punkbuster. Although we have Punkbuster running, there is a glitch (EA is aware of this) in the filter which will be resolved in the next patch.
Also, once you've found our servers, favorite them before you enter the game. This makes it much easier to just click on the Servers slider tab on the right once you log on.
