After getting home close to 2am, I had to do a repair job on my wife's car because she has a screaming wheel bearing.  So at 11, plus 3 hours.  She got a new wheel bearing, two new rotors, and new pads on New Year's Day.  Lesson learned is not to use a cheap auto shop and/or do the work myself (within reason). The bearing I replaced only lasted a year and cost $300 plus to have them replace.  The new bearing has a 3 yr warranty and zero labor.  My cost $92 (with 20% off coupon). I did the rotors and pads for $70 more.  Overall the job was fairly easy after watching a few u-tubes videos of some other DYI mechanics.

The worst was it's 32 degF out. I was in my garage but chilly none the less.

Suggesting we do this a couple nights a week.  Granted playing is fun, everyone for the most part gotten familiar with the maps and kits.  So lets start rolling together like the BF2 days.  Last night, we had at least two squads, unfortunately opposing but still that was a lot of fun especially on mostly ground maps. Racked up a nice score in team points and in support plus i got weapons ribbons I don't normal get being an armor whore.

Saw a couple more OF's from the past last night. Welcome back!  Put them tags back on you've earned them already.

My point is now we've started to re-populate the clan (both old and some new) lets do what a clan does more often and work together.

I have great internet at home and thats not the issue. When I first came to OF I was staying in Hotels and going home every two weeks. So most of my Gaming was done in Hotel rooms. It used to be you could hard wire your PC into the internet in the room. But not anymore. Thanks to wireless routers Internet service in Hotel really sucks and always stalls or crashes.

So not just because of the internet reasons, I decided to buy a 5th Wheel. I stayed in in it out in Wyoming all thru the winter. Was able to get decent internet into the camper. It looks like again I will be spending the winter in my 5th Wheel in Fargo ND. I was able to find a place to set up in a Mobile Home park. I move the rig this coming weekend. It looks like the fastest inter net I can get there is only 5 Meg. which I am not very happy about.

I hope they will be able to offer me faster then that. But I will get what I can get. I will be online fraggin with you guys the best I can . I can't wait for BF3!!!!

The soul system gives you effectively 8 variants of a base clase. Of which there are 4. You have up to three souls in any build and up to 4 builds on any one character that you can switch to in seconds.

3 of 4 classes can Tank, 2 of 4 can Heal, one can off-heal (Bard Soul for rogues).

Crafting is useful for you during levelling, not just when you are at end game.

If you can afford it, You can get a mount as soon as you leave the starter zone. I did without myself. You can buy rift and get a $10 upgrade that gives a you a slightly bigger base bag and an UGLY-Ass 2 headed turtle as your default mount.
